I can only describe it as great! Our Year end function was incredible – the whole team danced together - what a sight!

"The whole group of people changed systematically and began to be completely positive towards each other, the company and the supervisor.
Communication, respect and ownership improved from all sides by 100%. The respect between different race groups has been restored and some of the people who were negative have changed so much that they have been promoted to higher positions with greater responsibility.

Million Mbatha of Suncoast Casino has already sent over 700 of his team on the 1 day Celebrating Humanity Eye-Opener programme.
I have no doubt in my mind that this intervention will go a long way towards creating an environment in which equity in the workplace is not seen as a threat but as an opportunity to diversify our workforce and improve skills.

It confirmed that we are all people with similar aspirations and values systems. Our diversity in the workplace and cultural composition should enhance our relationships, rather than fragment them.I realised that this was a life-changing experience.
We would continue to regulate future behaviour and interaction with others.

You showed me that there are many ways to deal with diversity in the workplace situations and people, which helped me a lot in my personal life, and in my work. To be able to be with my co-workers in a calm and relaxed environment, made me realize we are all different, but so alike.

Thank you for an inspiring and life changing diversity in the workplace programme. It has changed me and my outlook on life and has definitely helped me to grow as an individual .It provided a safe place for me explore my potential.
The methodology
of the course
is brilliant in its effectiveness. I have never experienced a diversity in the workplace training course so real,
so experiential, so practical,
so unifying yet so simple and diverse. It is all in one. It makes me feel more like a human.
Wow ... an incredible story. Thank you for sending it to me. I never really thought of it in this way ... thank you for opening another door in my life.

That was a brilliant piece on scars. So true and the only elastoplast that can heal them, is your own mind.

Thank you for this piece! Although food is usually an important part of conferences here - you have shed a whole new light on it for me.
This was excellent!
We have a cable channel called Foodnetwork that is one of my favorites http://foodnetwork.com/.
Not only does it show different styles and venues of cooking, but also many shows are devoted to the history of food. I have never seen a show approach food the way you do here.
America gets more diverse everyday, with people, food, and cultures. I think it would be a wonderful program. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for your lovely note. Even with the daily injustices that you describe,
South African is a shining example of what is possible. My hope is that there will come a time in your country and mine where "mixed marriages" are taken in stride. There are pockets here where marriages across races are accepted, and other places where things are far less comfortable.

Thank you for sharing this wonderful article, I think it is great and so true. It is sad that people always only accuse white people of being racists, but as is evident in the article, we are all guilty of judging people.
Whether we think that fat people are lazy, disabled people are stupid, Indian people are .... so forth and so forth.I enjoy reading your writings and of course to share these thoughts with people around me.
